Install ProfitPulse from the Shopify App Store and approve the requested permissions. The 14-day free trial starts on install and no card is charged until the trial ends.
On first load, ProfitPulse backfills the last 365 days of orders, customers, and fulfillments. Backfill progress shows on the dashboard. Most stores complete in a few minutes; high-volume stores can take longer.

Profit is only as accurate as the costs behind it. ProfitPulse supports variant-level COGS, fixed monthly expenses, returns and refunds, and per-order shipping costs so the margin number reflects reality.

Connect Meta Ads and Google Ads from Settings to pull daily spend into the dashboard. ProfitPulse attributes orders to channels using UTM parameters and customer journey data, so you see profit by source not just revenue.

How long is the free trial?
14 days. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time from your Shopify admin.
How far back does ProfitPulse import orders?
The initial backfill pulls the last 365 days of orders. After that, new orders sync in real time through Shopify webhooks.
What if I don't have COGS for every product?
Orders with missing COGS are flagged in the dashboard so you can spot the gaps. Add costs via CSV upload, manual entry per variant, or default rules. Margin reports treat missing COGS as unknown rather than zero.
Can I connect Meta and Google Ads?
Yes. Connect each platform from Settings to pull ad spend into the dashboard for blended ROAS and channel-level profit. Manual ad spend entry is also supported.
