How to request data deletion

If you would like us to delete your data from ProfitPulse, you can do so in the following ways:

  1. Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin. When you uninstall ProfitPulse, all of your store data (orders, products, costs, and settings) is permanently deleted from our systems within 48 hours.
  2. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your Shopify store URL. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

Upon deletion, we permanently remove all data associated with your store, including:

  • Order and revenue data
  • Product and variant cost data
  • Ad spend and integration credentials
  • Custom reports, dashboards, and settings
  • Team member associations

Third-party integrations

If you connected third-party ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat), deleting your ProfitPulse data revokes our stored tokens but does not affect your accounts on those platforms. To revoke ProfitPulse access on those platforms, visit their respective app settings pages.
